Overnight accommodations for 17 people plus 1 twin Murphy bed and three twin size rollaway beds.

All of our rooms are located on the second floor, accessible by two staircases. The hotel is a non-smoking facility. Smoking permitted outdoors on covered porches.

All rates are based on double occupancy plus 13% occupancy tax and include full breakfast from the menu from 7 am to 9:30 am weekdays and 8 am to 9:30 am weekends. Additional person (up to two per room) at $15.00 per person per night.

Reservations guaranteed by credit card or paid in advance. We require a 2 week cancellation policy for full refund of your weekend stay or 48 hours notice for weeknight stay

Our historic house is a beautiful museum full of antiques and breakable items. Very well behaved children permitted, but not recommended.

Pets not permitted.

Upstairs Lobby

The Parten Suite $165 Friday and Saturday, $100 Sunday through Thursday

Located at the top of the stairs, this gorgeous suite is our largest room. The beautiful blue tones and warm oak furniture definitely make this a great room for honeymoons or anniversaries. The sunny Queen Ann Victorian Turret with a loveseat is great for a quiet read or a romantic interlude. The suite features oak furniture with a King-sized sleigh bed and triple mattress for excellent sleeping, a full size dressing mirror, armoire, dressing table, and maple writing desk.

The private bath offers a gigantic whirlpool tub for two and separate shower as well as an old pull chain commode relocated from a Houston bus terminal.

This room was the original owner's suite and, at the time, was the only room with indoor plumbing!

The Madison Suite $135 Friday and Saturday, $80 Sunday through Thursday

A large, elegant suite featuring a King-sized mahogany sleigh bed, a mahogany twin bed, walnut armoire, writing desk, and bird's eye maple dresser.

This sunny spacious room offers windows on three sides overlooking both the front and back of the hotel and downtown Madisonville.

The large private bath offers an oversized combination whirlpool tub and shower.

The Wills Suite $135 Friday and Saturday, $80 Sunday through Thursday

This lovely room is named after the second owners of the hotel. It features walnut furnishings including a triple mattress Eastlake King-sized bed, armoire, writing desk, and dresser. The large windows on two sides overlook the gazebo, backyard and beautiful sunsets in the evening.

The large private bath offers an oversized combination whirlpool tub and shower and plenty of room.

The Gibbs Suite $135 Friday and Saturday, $80 Sunday through Thursday

One of our mid-sized rooms, The Gibbs Suite offers a walnut Queen-sized sleigh bed with a beautiful armoire, dressing table and dresser. The suite overlooks the backyard, gazebo and the courtyard. The quiet rippling sounds of the goldfish pond will gently serenade you to sleep.

One of our most popular rooms, the suite features the largest private bath with an oval shaped whirlpool tub for two and separate shower. A great place for a romantic getaway or rekindling your love.

The Shapira Suite $135 Friday and Saturday, $80 Sunday through Thursday

A terrific place for a honeymoon, this suite offers the ultimate in privacy. Located in the Eastlake Tower off the front porch upstairs, you feel very secluded from the rest of the hotel and guests. This room features a wrought iron King-sized bed with Eastlake furniture including a fainting couch in the turret, upholstered chairs and walnut furniture.

The private bath offers a custom four-foot shower (great for two). This is the only suite that does not have a tub.

The Brimberry Suite $135 Friday and Saturday, $80 Sunday through Thursday

This two-room suite is named after the oldest standing building in the county, located in the backyard. It features a Queen-sized brass bed and a separate sitting room with a wet bar. These rooms are excellent for family get-togethers or for the business traveler who wants a separate place to work. The sitting room offers a unique 3/4 twin size Murphy bed in an old dresser frame. There is a color TV in the bedroom.

The private bath in the bedroom has a regular size combination whirlpool tub and shower.

The Eastlake Suite $135 Friday and Saturday, $80 Sunday through Thursday

This room features a walnut Eastlake King-sized bed with triple mattress, armoire and dresser. Located upstairs on the back porch, it offers great privacy as well as a beautiful view of the goldfish pond and courtyard and the backyard and gazebo.

The private bath has a combination oversize whirlpool tub and shower.

The Drummer's Suite $95 Friday and Saturday, $60 Sunday through Thursday

Located at the top of the stairs on the back porch, this room is named after the traveling clothing sales men who frequented the hotel at the turn of the century. This room features a Queen-sized wrought iron bed with walnut dresser, dressing table and mirror, armoire, and overstuffed chair.

The private bath has a combination whirlpool tub and shower.
